I joined WISH DRAGON in 2015 as the Production Designer for pre-production. I worked along side director CHRIS APPELHANS in developing the visual metaphors of the film and overseeing the early stages of character design. One of the most important aspects of WISH DRAGON was making it in China with Chinese creatives; giving autonomy to the Chinese artists to influence the movie with their own experiences. My focuses were managing the Los Angeles art department, early development with leadership in Beijing, character paintings, story moment paintings, and providing the style guide.
