This project was (and still is) a very meaningful part of my career. It was my first job as a visual development artist in feature animation. Production designer CHRISTOPHE LAUTRETTE generously took me under his wings and taught me an abundance of knowledge I still apply to this day. THE CROODS not only sent me on an incredible trajectory of fast growth as a designer, but introduced me to life-long friends. My work stretches across visual development paintings, beat paintings, character paintings, set designs, prop designs, color keys, and the “Art of The Croods” book cover.
